Founder of SEKO. Kazimierz Kustra holds a university degree. In 1973 he graduated from the University of Gdańsk and in 1977 he completed Post-Graduation Studies at the Academy of Agriculture in Szczecin. His long standing experience at management positions and trust he enjoys among the employees and business partners resulted in a strong standing of SEKO in the fish processing industry.

During the years 1973-1986 he worked for PPDiUR "DALMOR – Deep Sea Fishing Company; from 1986 through 1990 he held a position of the General Director of the Naczelne Zakłady Rybne [ a Fish Processing Enterprise] in Gdynia and within 1990-1992 a position of the PPH “ADRIA” Enterprise. Since 1992 he has been engaged in SEKO Sp. z o.o. (Ltd) where, from the Company incorporation in 1992 till its transformation into SEKO S.A. (Joint-Stock Company) he has held a position of the President of the Management Board. After the transformation of SEKO Sp. z o.o. - a limited liability company in April 2006 into SEKO S.A. – a joint-stock company he was entrusted a position of the President of SEKO S.A. held till now. Within the period from August 2007 till May 2009 he held a position of a Management Board Member of Polryb Sp. z o.o. Company.

Kazimierz Kustra is also a shareholder in a limited liability company “Złota Rybka” with its registered office in Straszyn. Złota Rybka Sp. z o.o. is a dominant entity towards SEKO S.A.

Tomasz Kustra holds a university degree in the Management and Marketing. He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the University of Business and Administration in Gdynia. He represents a sound knowledge and experience in finance and banking.

From 2001 he was employed by SEKO Sp. z o.o. as a settlement expert, salesman, Financial Director and Vice President of the Management Board. After the transformation of SEKO Sp. z o.o. - a limited liability company in April 2006 into SEKO S.A. – a joint-stock company he was entrusted a position of the Vice President of SEKO S.A. held till now.

Within the period from August 2007 till May 2009 Tomasz Kustra held a position of a Management Board Member of Polryb Sp. z o.o. Company. From May 2007 through October 2009 Tomasz Kustra was the President of the Management Board of Złota Rybka Bis Sp. z o.o. Company. (an entity dependent towards the Issuer) and then (till December 2010) the function of the company’s liquidator.

Tomasz Kustra holds an office of the President of the Management Board of Złota Rybka, Ltd with its registered office in Straszyn. Tomasz Kustra has held the office of the President of the Management Board of Złota Rybka Sp. z o.o. since 14 November 2005, i.e. from the year when the company was registered in the Registrar of Entrepreneurs, till today; Tomasz Kustra is also a shareholder in this company. Złota Rybka Sp. z o.o. is a dominant entity towards SEKO S.A.

She has graduated from Gdynia Maritime University. She represents a rich experience in production and commercial issues. Combined with her fluent command of the English language, it allows her to effectively manage the export development.

Joanna Szymczak has worked at the management level in SEKO Sp. z o.o. for five years at the positions such as Export Specialist and Export Director. After the transformation of SEKO Sp. z o.o. - a limited liability company in April 2006 into SEKO S.A. – a joint-stock company she was entrusted an office of the President of SEKO S.A. held till now. Joanna Szymczak also holds the position of Export Director. In the period from June 2008 to June 2010 she was a Member of the Management Board of the Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Commerce.  Since June 2010 she has been a member of the Council of the Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Commerce. 

Joanna Szymczak is also a shareholder in a limited liability company “Złota Rybka” with its registered office in Straszyn. Złota Rybka Sp. z o.o. is a dominant entity towards SEKO S.A.
