pizza dough (diameter approx.: 30 cm)
250 grams flour
25 g fresh yeast or 7 g instant yeast
150 ml warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
pizza:
2 packages Mini fish in cream sauce SEKO 100 g
1 red onion
1 ball of mozzarella
2 handfuls grated hard cheese
1/2 apple
fresh rocket
freshly ground pepper
First prepare the dough leaven.
Fresh yeast should be at room temperature. Dissolve in warm but not hot water. Add sugar, combine and leave to start the activity – about 15 minutes.
Sift the flour into a bowl and combine with salt. Then add the leaven, combine well and a tablespoon of olive oil. Knead the dough vigorously by hand or using a stand mixer. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle some flour.
Leave the kneaded dough to rise in the bowl for at least 30 minutes.
The dough should double in volume. Roll the dough out into a round flat shape.
Spread all of the 2 packages of Seko Mini fish in cream sauce onto the pizza dough. Cream sauce is an ideal base for white pizza. Sprinkle the sauce and herring with freshly ground pepper.
Sprinkle with grated hard cheese, tear the mozzarella into pieces and spread it out.
Slice the onions into half moons and put them on the pizza.
Place the dough on a baking tray and bake in 250 degrees C for about 10-12 minutes until the sides brown slightly.
Take the ready pizza out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh rocket and apple chopped into matchsticks before serving.
