Ingredients:
Marinated rollmops 400 g SEKO
2 slices of bread
1 tablespoon ćwikła (grated pickled beetroot)
1 tablespoon capers
50 g feta cheese
dill
black pepper
salt
Preparation method:
Roll out the rollmops, cut into short strips.
Toast the bread in the oven until golden brown.
Spread the ćwikła on the toasts and placed the herring on top.
Sprinkle with capers, crushed feta cheese and season to taste.
Garnish with dill.
