Ingredients:
Salted herring fillets a'la Matjas in oil SEKO 200 g
1 large potato, boiled
2 large handfuls baby spinach
4 dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons capers
half a shallot
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard
water
salt
black pepper
Preparation method:
Rinse the fillets in water, dry with paper towel, cut into small pieces.
Cut the potato into cubes, tomatoes into strips and slice shallots into thin half moons.
Add spinach, capers, tomatoes, potato and shallots to the herring.
Combine olive oil with honey, mustard and a bit of water, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently
