Ingredients:
Round`N` round herring with sweet chilli 200 g SEKO
1 large red pepper
approx. 150 g cream cheese
1 clove garlic
2-3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 large handful radish sprouts
freshly ground pepper, pinch of hot paprika powder (optional)
Preparation method:
Remove the pieces of herring from the brine and dry on a paper towel.
Clean the peppers and cut into rectangular pieces.
Toast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan.
Combine cream cheese with crushed garlic, sunflower seeds and spices.
Spread a layer of cheese on each piece of the pepper, then place one piece of herring.
Sprinkle with radish sprouts. Stick in a toothpick.
