Ingredients:
Round`N` round herring salted with colour pepper 200 g SEKO
120 g shrimp
80 g mayonnaise
40 g ketchup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
fresh coriander
salt, pepper to taste (optional)
savoury mini tart shells (3) or smaller savoury muffins (6)
Preparation method:
Take the herring out of its packaging and cut into small pieces. Put in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, ketchup, shrimp and lemon juice to the herring – combine thoroughly.
Finely chop the coriander and combine with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper (optional).
Put the prepared mixture in the tart shells and garnish with coriander.
