Ingredients:
Herring corks in the Kaszuby way 220 g SEKO
3 hard boiled eggs
½ red pepper
2 sour cucumber pickles
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon thick cream
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon hot paprika
salt
black pepper

Preparation method:
Cut the herring into small cubes.
Chop cucumber, pepper and one egg. Add herring and parsley.
Cut the remaining eggs in half. Put the egg yolks in a small bowl and the egg whites on a plate.
Add mayonnaise to the egg yolks, mash thoroughly and add cream.
Combine all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the egg halves with the resulting paste.
