Ingredients for 4 burgers:
4 rolls (favourite kind)
Herring fillets with dried tomato 550 g SEKO
8 dried tomatoes in oil
fresh lamb's lettuce
Ingredients for the sauce:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
3-4 pinches ground chilli or a piece of fresh finely chopped fresh chilli pepper

Preparation method:
Prepare the sauce. Put the mayonnaise, ketchup and chilli in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Leave to rest.
Cut the rolls in half and brown them on a grill pan. Spread sauce on the rolls, add the lamb's lettuce and herring fillets. Place two dried tomatoes on each burger, add some lamb's lettuce again and more sauce. Cover each burger with the second part of the crispy roll and serve.
