Ingredients:
Round`N` round herring with peach and cranberry 200 g SEKO
ripe mango
kale
pumpkin seeds
dried cranberry
a few pomegranate seeds
tinned corn
Preparation method:
Wash the kale, cut off the hard parts. Pour boiling water over the kale and leave for 4 minutes. Then drain on a strainer and dry on a kitchen cloth.
Put the herring fillets on a platter.
Peel and cut the mango into slices and add to the platter.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries.
Add kale, pomegranate seeds and corn.
