Statement to Prospectus of Shares Series A
This Prospectus was drawn up in connection with the intention to apply for admission to public trading and offer to the public on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.] 4 500 000 (say: four million five hundred thousand) Shares Series A.
This Prospectus was approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 24 June 2013.
Prospectus of Shares Series B, rights to Shares Series C and Shares Series C
On 21 February 2007 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the Prospectus of SEKO S.A. Electronic version of the Prospectus drawn up in connection with the public offer excluding pre-emptive right for the existing shareholders’ 1.650.000 Shares Series C, public offer of 500.000 Shares Series B and with the intention to offer to the public on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.] not more than 1.650.000 Shares Series C, and not more than 1.650.000 rights to Shares series C and 500.000 Shares series B, published pursuant to Article 45 and Article 47 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (Official Journal Dz. U. No 184, Item 1539).
Any investment decisions related to these securities should be undertaken after analysis of the whole text of the Prospectus. The public offer of the Company’s shares is carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Securities covered by the Company’s Prospectus may not be offered or sold outside the Republic of Poland.
